Delivery and Pick-up Services
We deliver the bikes and pick up the bikes at your hotels and other places.
Please email us before 1:00pm in the previous day to use the delivery service.
One Bike: 300yen
Time: 8:00am to 8:30am/4:00am to 6:00pm

The services are not available in the *busy seasons and when the bikes are reserved for the next day.

3rd and 4th weekends of November- Please see the area where the services are available.
- Please check if the delivery service is available or not in advance.
- If you cannot come back by bike due to the unexpected bad weather, we will go to your place to pick up the bikes.

- Luggage-Transport Service
- No reservation is needed.
- One luggage is 300yen.
- We transport your luggage to your hotels by 6:00pm.
- Please see the area where the services are available.
- Except the luggage-Tranceport Service, we have large safe lockers in our shop.
They are free to use. You can leave and take your luggage anytime. (Please keep your valuables.)

This is standard type, so easy to ride!!
The battery is big enough to cycle around the whole Kyoto city.

- 2 sizes ( 26 inches and 24 inches )
24 inches is for the persons whose heighs are over 4.5ft (138cm).
26 inches is for the persons whose heighs are over 4.6ft (141cm). - The range is approximately: 50km.

Child weighted less than 15kg can sit on the seat in front.

For persons whose height are over 5.4ft (160cm).

27 inches are for the persons whose heighs are over 5.0ft (151cm)

- The area where you can use our bike is only in Kyoto city.
- Please follow the Japanese traffic rules, and ride bikes safely.
- Please park the bikes in the designated parking lots.Kyoto is very strict about illegal parking.
If bikes are parked illegally and taken away by Kyoto city, you will be required to pay all the costs that occur.
In cases of bike removal, you will be asked to pay 5,000yen in total for the elimination and reclaiming charges.
(Bikes will be taken away immediately when reported by local residents.)
We kindly ask you to prevent this by parking in the designated areas. - We hold no responsibilities of accidents.
